I have loved my role as a chef for the past 30 years working at such places as The Bank of England, the Ritz Hotel and other Michelin star establishments.

I have won many awards but my most treasured is the French Chef of the Year in Paris.

Here at CFBL I am hoping to produce tasty attractive food that the students and staff enjoy and have a WOW factor when dining at lunchtime.

I am always happy to receive feedback (good or bad) so we can improve on our service and provide the best quality possible.
