I have been a chef for the past 8 years and has it been a pleasure. Over the years I have worked at a range of places from office setting to restaurants.
Being at CFBL gives me the chance to showcase what I have learned and pass on my knowledge of food to the staff and students.
We hope to achieve accolades for our food and service and strive to be the best possible.
I have worked with the new Chef Manager before and we have always worked well together and try to produce novel and innovative ideas.
