Year 7 pupils have been studying cubism and the work of Picasso this term. In this work, they have studied the history of Guernica and the artist's intention, and applied their knowledge of colour theory and the transformation of 2D into 3D in a simple way to form this collaborative work.
Pupils will continue their in-depth study of Picasso's work this term and recreate one of his masterpieces.
