Report an absence

If your child is absent, please email us ( for primary school, for secondary school) and mention the last name, the first name, the class of your child and the reason why he cannot come to school.

After an absence and before going back to class, the student will have to give the Deputy Head Teacher a letter signed by his or her parents (or legal guardian).

In case of a scheduled absence (for example, a doctor’s appointment), please send an email to for primary school or for secondary school at least 48 hours before the scheduled absence.

A medical certificate is required for an absence due to illness lasting more than one week.
