CFBL's school project defines the conditions under which national educational programs shall be implemented in the institution. It also indicates the means used to ensure the success of all students and to involve parents in these objectives.
The draft establishment shall be drawn up, on the initiative of the head of establishment, by the various members of the educational community (pupils, staff, parents, representatives of parents and other institutional actors).
