The first day of school will be Tuesday 5 September.
Nursery (PS)
An induction week is planned for Nursery:
For Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 September: 8.30am - 11.15am (no canteen) PS pupils will be welcomed at 8.30am. Entry through the small Cathcart Street gate. Parents can stay up to 30 minutes with their children in the classroom and return to collect them at 11.15am.
For Thursday 7 and Friday 8 September: 8.30am - 12.00pm (with canteen) Pupils will have lunch at school and will be collected at 12.00pm.
From Monday 11 September: Pupils will start the normal timetable.
A more specific welcome booklet for Nursery and its team will be sent at the beginning of September.
Reception (MS)
For Tuesday 5 September: 1.00pm - 3.30pm. MS pupils will be welcomed at 1pm on Tuesday 5 September. Entrance through the small Cathcart Street gate. Parents can stay up to 30 minutes with their children in the classroom and return to collect them at 3.30pm.
From Wednesday 6 September: pupils will start the normal timetable.
A more specific welcome booklet for Reception and its team will be sent out at the beginning of September.
Years 1-6
Years 1-6 will start with full days from Tuesday 5 September. An email will be sent out at the end of August / beginning of September with further details.
Class times for primary for 2023-2024 will be as follows:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 08.45am - 3.30pm (pupils are welcomed from 8.30am)
Wednesday: 8.45am - 12.15pm (pupils are welcomed from 8.30am)
Years 7-10
Secondary students will start term on Tuesday 5 September. An email will be sent out at the end of August / beginning of September with further details.
